Email delivery
You probably have the Free Adobe Reader on your computer. If not, download and install Adobe Reader. We will confirm your order and send the e-book as an email attachment. We normally do that immediately after receipt of an order. But depending on where you live, your order might arrive here in the middle of the night and you must give us a couple of hours. Together with your e-book you get a second email with your password and a printable invoice indicating the amount you have paid.
License agreement
Use of the e-book is governed by the following licence agreement. By ordering the e-book, you signify your acceptance of this agreement.
Your paid e-book grants you a non-transferable license to make one electronic copy of your e-book to read it on your computer. Any use of this e-book in other ways or for any other purpose is prohibited and constitutes a violation of copyright.
Transferring to additional computers
If you want to make a copy of your e-book for a second computer of yours, contact us and tell us your password, your full name and your full address. Please write this email from your second computer via our contact form.
No returns possible
Please note that e-books cannot be returned once they have been sent to you by email. If you should have any technical problems, please contact us.
Price
The book costs $15. For payment you can choose from a large number of currencies.
Value added tax and sales tax
USA: No sales taxes are due.
European Union: VAT is 19 percent. It is included in the price.
Rest of world: Most countries do not levy sales taxes on imported e-books. But where such taxes exist, they are the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment options
There are two payment options:
PayPal.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you are asked to sign up, which is easy and free. You can then pay by using the balance in your normal bank account or your credit card. PayPal accepts Visa and MasterCard.
2CheckOut.
If you order via 2CheckOut, you pay by using your credit card. 2CheckOut accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Dinners, JCB, debit cards with the Visa and Master Card logo and online checks.
Neither 2CheckOut nor PayPal charge any fees to the buyer.
Transactions are handled securely using SSL, the https protocol, which is the industry-leading encryption to protect information.
Allow our emails
