We will confirm your order immediately and send you an invoice indicating the amount you have paid. The book will be shipped within one or two business days. It will be sent to you securely as an airmail letter. Taking priority over any other form of expedited shipping, this is the fastest shipping method available.

Our return policy
If you are unhappy with the book, you can withdraw from the purchase within seven working days of the day after the date you have received the book. (German readers please click here for the withdrawal period.) To cancel your purchase, please contact us within the requisite cancellation period. We need your full name and address and, if possible, your invoice number. We will then send you the postal address to which you can return the book. We will refund the purchase price within thirty days.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the book. This does, of course, not apply if the book is damaged, in which case we also ask you to contact us.
Price
The book costs $39.80. For payment you can choose from a large number of currencies.
Customs – does not apply to buyers in the USA or the European Union
Your order may be subject to your country's customs fees. These are always the importer's responsibility, that is, the recipient's responsibility. Such fees are not levied within the European Union. But outside the EU, customs policies vary widely and we have no control over their existence or size. Most countries, among them the USA, do not levy import duties on books and/or consignments of small value. But some countries do.
Value added tax and sales tax
USA: No sales taxes are due.
European Union: VAT is 7 percent. It is included in the price.
Rest of world: Most countries do not levy sales taxes on imported books. But where such taxes exist, they are the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment options
Colleges, libraries and bookstores can order via fax or email and pay upon receipt of the book. For other buyers, there are two payment options:
PayPal.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you are asked to sign up, which is easy and free. You can then pay by using the balance in your normal bank account or your credit card. PayPal accepts Visa and MasterCard.
2CheckOut.
If you order via 2CheckOut, you pay by using your credit card. 2CheckOut accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Dinners, JCB, debit cards with the Visa and Master Card logo and online checks.
Neither 2CheckOut nor PayPal charge any fees to the buyer.
Transactions are handled securely using SSL, the https protocol, which is the industry-leading encryption to protect information.
