Ordering the paperback from this website
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase the book which is accepted by us when we dispatch the book to you. We will confirm your order immediately, ship the book within one or two business days as an airmail letter and send you an invoice indicating the amount you have paid. Shipping and handling are free for the buyer.
Our return policy
E-books cannot be returned once they have been opened.
Our return policy for the paperback: If you are unhappy with the book, you can withdraw from the purchase within seven working days of the day after the date you have received the book. (German readers please click here for the withdrawal period.) To cancel your purchase, please contact us within the requisite cancellation period. We need your full name and address and, if possible, your invoice number. We will then send you the postal address to which you can return the book. We will refund the purchase price within thirty days.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the book. This does, of course, not apply if the book is damaged, in which case we also ask you to contact us.
